How can I sign up to your mailing list?
Head to our home page and scroll down to the bottom where you will see an option to sign up to our newsletter.
Has my order been shipped yet?
If you wish to track your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update you on its status.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange, exclusive of shipping costs, within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Please note, this excludes any sale items and gift coupon purchases. To request a return, please email us at email@example.com so that we can resolve any issues.
All returned items must be returned in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging. We may refuse to issue a refund or exchange for returned goods if they are worn, damaged or altered in any way.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all orders. Talbot Avenue is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your returned parcel so we can track this back to your order payment to issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item for exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the exchange. Please note we can only exchange items that are of equal dollar value to the returned item. Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be issued.

Orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are shipped out during business hours, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after hours, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
