If you wish to track your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we can update you on its status.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange, exclusive of shipping costs, within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Please note, this excludes any sale items and gift coupon purchases. To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve any issues.
All returned items must be returned in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging. We may refuse to issue a refund or exchange for returned goods if they are worn, damaged or altered in any way.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all orders. Talbot Avenue is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your returned parcel so we can track this back to your order payment to issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item for exchange, please email us at email@example.com with the details of the exchange. Please note we can only exchange items that are of equal dollar value to the returned item. Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be issued.

Within Australia we offer regular and express (next day) shipping.

Shipping to all other countries is AUD$30.00
Orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are shipped out during business hours, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after hours, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Regular shipping, within Australia, is delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak periods.
Express shipping, within Australia, is delivered within the next business day from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas. Please allow 2-5 days for all outer suburbs.
Orders sent to New Zealand are delivered between 3-10 business days.
Orders sent to all other countries are delivered up to 10-12 business days.
