Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer regular and express (next day) shipping within Australia.

Regular shipping is AUD$9.95

Express shipping is AUD$15.00

New Zealand shipping is AUD$20.00

International shipping is AUD$30.00

When will my order ship?

Orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are shipped out during business hours, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after hours, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

*Please note, if your order includes a PRE-ORDER item(s), your order will ship out when the pre-order item(s) are in stock.  If you wish to receive in stock items prior to this, please place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items.

**Please note, during sale periods, there can be delays with delivery times due to high volume of orders coming in.

How long does delivery take?

AUSTRALIA

Regular shipping is delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak periods.

Express shipping is delivered within the next business day from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas. Please allow 2-5 days for all outer suburbs.

**Please note, during sale periods, there can be delays with delivery times due to high volume of orders coming in.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders sent to New Zealand are delivered between 3-10 business days.

Orders sent to all other countries are delivered up to 10-12 business days.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange, exclusive of shipping costs, within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Please note, this excludes any sale items and gift coupon purchases.  All sale items are non-refundable.  To request a return, please email us at info@talbotavenue.com so that we can resolve any issues.

All returned items must be returned in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging). We may refuse to issue a refund or exchange for returned goods if they are worn, damaged or altered in any way.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all orders. Talbot Avenue is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

Please include a copy of your invoice in your returned parcel so we can track this back to your order payment to issue a refund.

If you wish to return an item for exchange, please email us at info@talbotavenue.com with the details of the exchange. Please note we can only exchange items that are of equal dollar value to the returned item. Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be issued.

Subsequent fluctuations in price after the point of sale will not be retroactively applied to your order. Prices are fixed at the time of sale. Customers are excluded from using the 14 day money back guarantee to re-purchase the same product at a reduced price. Talbot Avenue reserves the right to exclude a sale.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are redeemable for purchases from www.talbotavenue.com. Gift certificates cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled or redeemed for cash after purchase.

 

COUPONS & PROMOTIONAL SALES

Coupons cannot be used on sale items already reduced and cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales or promotions. If a coupon code is used, the customer will be contacted and offered to make up the difference or accept a full refund at their discretion.

Coupons and promotional sales do not include items that are on pre-order or back-order.

Prices are fixed at the time of sale where the product/s will be assigned to the customer. Subsequent fluctuations in price (that occur during a sales promotion or otherwise) after the point of sale, will not be retroactively applied to your order, whether the order has been paid in part or full.
